This video documents the condition that Kier Property Management left of one of the units in, a full 3 months AFTER the tenant had been evicted. Numerous windows have been broken out, exposing the unit to the wet fall weather for 3 months. We found evidence that transients may have been taking shelter in the unit. So much for tenant security.
